Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and scope

These terms form an agreement between you and INOWNESS (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) covering all pages, search features and download features of NEBULA α, the INOWNESS Materials library (“this site”).

These terms apply together with the License & Downloads, Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. The use of any asset is governed by the License & Downloads; if the two conflict on the use of assets, the License & Downloads prevails.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The revised version is published on this page with a new date, and continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.

2. The service

This site is a curated visual library for interior, architecture, landscape and soft-furnishing design, offering searchable and downloadable image references for designers and their teams. Its main features are:

The site has no accounts, sign-in or paid subscription. The features below are provided free of charge in their current form.

• Category browsing: explore the library by material textures, colour, spatial scenes and objects & props.
• Visual search: upload a reference image to retrieve visually similar assets. The image is used for that search only and is not retained.
• AI search: describe what you need in natural language and receive results and suggestions generated by AI from library content.
• Asset downloads: download originals for design reference and project proposals, within the scope set out in the License & Downloads.

3. Availability and changes

We work to keep this site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for interruptions or delays caused by maintenance, upgrades, network faults, failures at our cloud or CDN providers, events beyond our reasonable control or third-party actions.

We may add, change, restrict or discontinue features, including search methods, download methods and the scope of the library, and may apply reasonable limits on request rates, download volumes or concurrency to keep the service stable and fair. We will explain material changes on this page or by other reasonable means.

Assets, categories and search results may change at any time. We do not promise that any particular asset will remain available.

4. Acceptable use

You must use this site lawfully and responsibly. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Crawling, scraping, mirroring or bulk-downloading the site's content with bots, scripts or other automated means, or circumventing access, rate or other protections.
• Attacking, scanning, stress-testing or injecting into the site, or otherwise interfering with its security or stability.
• Selling or renting assets, or redistributing them as a stock library, asset site or dataset.
• Bundling assets for training machine-learning models, building datasets or creating competing aggregation products.
• Removing or altering rights notices, watermarks or metadata, or publishing content in the site's name.
• Using assets in ways that infringe the rights of others, including trademarks, likenesses, architectural works and third-party copyright.

5. Intellectual property

The interface design, code, copy, taxonomy and catalogue data of this site belong to us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. INOWNESS, NEBULA α and the associated marks are our trademarks or brand identifiers and may not be used without written permission.

Rights in the assets themselves remain with their respective authors or rights holders. We display assets for curation and reference only and grant you the limited licence set out in the License & Downloads. That licence does not transfer copyright in any asset.

You may not use the site as a whole to build a competing service, or bulk-copy library assets to create a substitute library.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site and the assets are provided “as is”. We make no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency or fitness for a particular purpose of any asset. Assets may depict third-party works, brand marks, people or protected buildings; you must assess and obtain any permissions needed before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The site may link to third-party sites such as the INOWNESS main site and the ICP filing lookup. We are not responsible for their content, security or availability.

AI search results and catalogue annotations are produced with algorithmic assistance and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They support retrieval only and are not professional, legal or commercial advice.

7. Termination and access restrictions

If you breach these terms, the License & Downloads or applicable law, we may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the site and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

For bulk scraping, attacks, circumvention of rate limits or infringing redistribution, we may act without prior notice, including blocking IP addresses and request sources, and may report the matter to the competent authorities or bring legal proceedings.

The provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of access.

8. Governing law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If it cannot be resolved, either party may bring proceedings before the competent People's Court.
