1. Email
Email: inowness@163.com. This is our official channel for asset licensing, content feedback and partnership enquiries.
To help us respond quickly, state the type of request in the subject line (for example “Asset licensing”, “Content correction”, “Takedown request” or “Partnership”) and include the relevant page URLs in the message.
Please do not send identity documents, bank details or other sensitive personal information by email. If such information is genuinely required, we will explain a secure way to transfer it.
2. Licensing and commercial use
If you want to use an asset beyond client proposals — for public release, print publication, advertising, product packaging, film and television production or merchandise — please tell us the intended use, channels, duration and territory in advance.
We will confirm whether additional permission is needed and explain credit requirements and any conditions. Without written permission, please do not use assets for commercial publication outside the scope described in License & Downloads.
A licence does not transfer copyright in the asset. Where third-party rights are involved, we will point out that you need to obtain the relevant permissions yourself.
3. Corrections and takedown requests
If you notice an incorrect title, tag, colour value or attribution, send us the page URL and describe the problem; we will verify and correct it.
If you are a rights holder and believe an asset infringes your rights, include the page URL, the basis of your rights (for example a link to the work, registration details or a licence document) and your contact details. We will remove or adjust the asset promptly after verification, at no cost to you.
We also act on clearly infringing assets on our own initiative and stop displaying content that repeatedly infringes.
4. Collaboration and feedback
We welcome dialogue with design practices, schools, industry media and brands on curation, cataloguing standards, search experience and content collaboration.

5. Response time and other notes
We usually reply within 2 business days. Replies may take slightly longer during public holidays or busy periods; if you have not heard from us after 5 business days, please resend with a new subject line.
We do not offer phone support or on-site visits through this page. Please use email for all matters so that a record of the request is kept.
